Carol and I do a lot of hiking and camping. Our dog Piqa (a four year old Weimaraner) is with us most of the time.
We both like photography. Our main camera is a Nikon D70 with an assortment of lenses. We also carry a Canon S40 for convenience. We have several 35mm cameras and a good selection of lenses, all of which are now gathering dust. I can't see that this equipment will ever be used again, unless someone for some strange reason wants wedding photography done on film. (Well, I suppose I can still understand that. Now, remind me, how do you change the white balance on film?)
Maybe we'll see you on the trail somewhere.
